shipping policy
Orders shipped within the USA with our free shipping option will ship within 24 to 48 hours (Excluding Sundays and Holidays). First class/Free shipping generally arrives in 1 to 5 days for most areas, but in some areas, this may take longer. Multiple orders to the same address may be combined into one package.
Standard Shipping can take 2-14 business days depending on delivery destination. Most packages are delivered within 5 days. We do not make any time guarantees on Standard Shipping. Orders are normally shipped from our store within 24 hours of the order placement if you are shipping via Pay Pal or shipping to the billing address on your credit card. If this is your first order and you are having items sent to an address that is not on your credit card the order can be held for a few extra days, if the card can not be verified the order may be rejected. We suggest Pay Pal if your shipping address does not match your credit card billing address.
return & exchange policy
any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a store credit, we do not offer refunds.In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
